Do you offer free shipping?
For all orders across North India, we do offer free shipping. However, there's a shipping charge for orders across South India (which will be explicitly mentioned on the payment page).
How do I brew it without messing it up?
Rule of thumb: 1 heaped teaspoon (≈2 g) per cup (200 ml). Water just off the boil.
Black / Masala blends: 3–4 minutes (or boil with milk if you’re doing desi chai).
Green / White: 2–3 minutes, cooler water (80–85°C).
Taste as you go—stronger = more leaves, not more time.
How long will it stay fresh once I open it?
Best within 3 months after opening. Keep the pouch airtight, away from light, moisture, and your spice drawer. Unopened packs are good for 18–24 months.
Do your teas have caffeine or no caffeine? I drink late at night.
Black and green teas = naturally caffeinated (about a third of coffee). Our herbal teas are caffeine-free. We label it clearly, so no guesswork.
