  1. Who We Are

  2. By Using This Site
    Browsing, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with shopteacompany.com means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site. We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use signals acceptance of the updated version.

  3. Products & Pricing
    All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. We try to list stock, images, and descriptions accurately, but mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or cancel orders (with a full refund) before dispatch.

  4. Orders & Payment
    Orders are confirmed only after we receive successful payment through our secure payment gateway partners. You will receive an email confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, we’ll notify you and issue a prompt refund.

  5. Shipping & Delivery
    We dispatch Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery within India is 2–7 working days, depending on your location. Shipping fees and options appear at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.

  6. Returns & Replacements
    If your tea arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened packs.

  7. Intellectual Property
    All content on this site—text, graphics, logos, photographs—is our property or used with permission. You may not reuse it without written consent.

  8. User Conduct
    Don’t post unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or infringing material on our site or social channels linked to it. We may remove such content and block offending users.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.
